Ender Sarac has been involved with Ayuverda since 1990. He worked at UNIFORM health and aesthetic center with Nukhet Duru during his first years in Istanbul where he arrived from Izmir. He founded “HAY Health center”, the first natural medicine and aesthetic center in Turkey in 1994. He is the co-founder of “Natural purification center”, the first natural purification center in the country. His “Book of Ayuverda” by Dogan publishing was the first Turkish book about natural and healthy life. It became a best-seller. In addition to his wellness centres and books, he attended many television programs, gave media interviews and took part in seminars, conferences and panels for development of awareness of natural and healthy life in Turkey. Many famous people of art, politics and business lost weight with his methods. They also had health benefits with his programs. Dr. Ender Sarac is a family physician, a trained Ayurvedic healer and a certified acupunturist.

Ender Sarac is also one of the first certified astrologs of Turkey and performs special studies in health and astrology field. In addition to special works in natural medicine and natural and healthy living, work of Dr. Ender Sarac on psychological development, spiritual techniques and positive energy techniques are highly respected by the public. Remedies of Dr. Ender Sarac to assist weight loss called Formula 7 produced in Douglas laboratories (FDA-certified by USA) draws great attention in the market. TV program Ender Sarac’la Saglikli Gunler was broadcasted in 2008 and 2009 in Show TV. Ender Sarac is the health columnist of Posta Newspaper.
