Ciler Yildiz is a business consultant with 27 years of strong track record of performance in General Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales (Customer Business Development), Trade Marketing and Human Resources in leading global companies. She received her bachelor’s degree in Management from METU and joined Procter & Gamble, leading global consumer goods company. She has started her career in Finance and assumed several responsibilities at different levels including Plant Finance Manager, Sales Finance Manager, Associate Comptroller-Sales Finance, General Accounting & Financial Analysis roles. Following her 10 years Finance experience, Ciler has been appointed as Trade Marketing Manager Eczacıbaşı-Procter& Gamble Joint venture. She moved to direct sales role as National Accounts Sales Manager Turkey and managed top trade sales activities of P&G. As of 1999, she led European sales project located in Vienna and moved to Human Resources function as the Regional HR Manager for the Sales function in Western Europe. In 2004 she moved to Moscow as the Human Resources Associate Director of Sales for Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Following 22 years of FMCG experience, Yıldız worked for Trader Media East as Deputy CEO and Vice President Marketing, Sales & Human Resources between 2007-2010. TME is a leading Classified Advertising company owned by Hürriyet Newspaper and operates in Russia & CIS, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia. She was responsible for setting the direction and management of all Sales & Marketing operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution & channel strategy and category management for print and online publications. She was also responsible for all HR related matters.

Since 2010, Çiler has been working as a Consultant and Keynote Speaker in the areas of strategy, customer management and organizational efficiency. She is specialized in Strategy Development & Deployment, Business Growth, Market Entry & Expansion, Customer & Channel Management, Category Management, Organization Efficiency, Team Building, Talent Development, Change Management and Diversity. She developed tailor-made training programs for leading companies in Turkey in related areas. She has been running these programs as well. She is experienced in leading multifunctional and complex organizations, in multicultural environment. She has cross-functional & cross-country experience both in developed and developing countries.
