She defines her purpose as helping companies discover and bring their purposes to life and effectively communicate them to their stakeholders.
Her journey began in 2015 after watching Simon Sinek’s TED Talk. She went on a quest to find her own “WHY” and realized that companies need to adopt new and relevant concepts to build stronger relationships with their stakeholders. To ignite curiosity in companies, she founded Curious. Curious is a strategic consulting firm specializing in purpose, offering training, workshops, and strategic consulting services to bring this vision to life.
Since 2015, through Curious, she has worked with hundreds of leading brands, helping them stay strong and relevant. Her clients include Koç Holding, Ford, KoçZer, TürkTraktör, Yapı Kredi, Setur, Coca-Cola, Aksigorta, AgeSa, Medisa, Nipsea Group, Savola, Upfield, Unilever, Brown Forman, Stanley, Ofçay, Kellogg’s, Humm, Anadolu Efes, Gürmen Group, JDE, Multinet Up, and Novartis.
Born and raised in Ankara, she graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) with a degree in Business Administration. She worked in the Euro RSCG (Havas) and JWT agency networks, where she was listed as a High Potential talent for two consecutive years. She played key roles in major projects such as the birth of Turkey’s leading brands like Bomonti and Money Club, the Vodafone Turkey launch, the transformation of Gnçtrkcll, and the rebranding of Elidor.
She is married, a mother of two children and a dog.
