Born in 1977, Can Papuççuoğlu is married with children. After finishing high school, he finished his bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and completed his MBA. He started his professional career in 1999 as an entrepreneur by founding Turkey’s first online DVD store. After becoming the largest online and offline company in its category, he sold his start up to investors in 2003.

He switched to being a professional in Dogus Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey. He has set up the CRM structure in its automotive business and acted as Events and Sponsorship Director of the holding company. He switched to the media division of the conglomerate to become senior vice president for Marketing and Business Development. He contributed to the group’s grand vision to become the leader in its industry by successfully completing deals with international media companies such as Conde Nast, National Geographic and Virgin Media.

In 2010, he launched his second startup, Turkey’s first advertising agency specialized in Employee Branding and Internal Communications. He still is the major shareholder and the CEO of the company. His third startup Kaleens, a modern interpretation of the traditional Turkish espadrilles is being sold in more than 10 countries worldwide.

He enthusiastically gives keynote speeches that aim to inspire people and create behavioral change.

He has two published satire books which explores the bedroom and the work environment.
