More than thirty years of experience in ‘Marketing, Brand-Perception Management and Communication Strategies’ has started with Unilever and continued with corporate companies such as Coca-Cola, L'Oreal, Nestle-Nescafe, Gillette, Akbank-Axess, Marshall while working at McCann Erickson and has enhanced via consultancy services to brands such as VİKO, PWC, Akmerkez, Akbatı, Akasya Acıbadem, Kidzania Istanbul, HSBC-Advantage, Garanti Emeklilik, Proasist, Tekfen Emlak Geliştirme and Bahçıvan Gıda.
She has combined the local and international trainings she has received on the effects of ‘Conscious-Subconscious (Unconscious) Interaction and Communication’ and also ‘Mastering in Awareness’ on individual & organizational performance, productivity, health and self-actualization with her own experience and the related scientific researches. As a result of this, she has designed trainings with the theme of "Maximization of the Brain & Holistic Potential", which has applications both for individuals and organizations.
Alev, who is an ‘Advanced PSYCH-K Facilitator’ and ‘NeuroFormat Practitioner’, has also focused on ‘Holistic Wellness’ issues in the ‘Body-Mind-Soul’ triangle in order to improve her studies on brain and enriched her field of knowledge on the subjects of “Raw & Living Foods” and “Getting Balanced with Ideal Frequencies”, which is a rising star in the field of “Energy Medicine”.
Ozderici, graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Management Engineering Department in 1988 and received various certifications from many trainings she has attended both in Turkey and in foreign countries such as USA, UK, Netherlands, France, Greece, Slovenia and South Africa.
She continues to provide both individual and corporate trainings and consultancy services in her areas of interest.
Ozderici is the foster mother of a little girl and lives in Mugla and Istanbul with her husband and daughter. She enjoys photography as a way of sharing beauty and the value of moments & memories and furniture painting for expressing the unlimited energy of colors which gives a new spirit to old furnitures.
